Hunter Oaks is an expansive and affordable neighborhood in the Marvin Ridge school district in Waxhaw, NC (Union County). Homes were built by well-known builders such as Centex, Ryland Homes, Orleans Homes, and Shea Homes from 1994-2004. Between Hunter Oaks and her sister community, Kingsmead, there are close to 1100 homes ranging from about 2000 square feet to over 5000 square feet. The average lot size in the community is 0.3 acre while the largest lots are over 0.5 acre.
Hunter Oaks has lots of great amenities available for its residents. There are tennis courts, walking trails, a playground and two swimming pools.
