Marvin Creek is a beautiful neighborhood in Marvin, NC, just outside of South Charlotte. There are 387 homes in the neighborhood, ranging from about 3000 to over 9000 square feet and featuring a median lot size of about 0.74 acre. There are mostly 2 and 3 story homes, and even some with basements. The homes were built from 2004-2013 by Toll Brothers.
Marvin Creek has one of my favorite amenity centers in the area. As a resident of this community, you'll gain access to a beautiful club house, outdoor pool, fitness center, playground, tennis courts, and walking trails. If you live in Marvin Creek, you'll be zoned for Marvin Elementary School, Marvin Ridge Middle School, and Marvin Ridge High School for the 2022-2023 school year. You can check out the link to see the current boundary lines.
